  1. Intake and planning

It starts with a complimentary intake call, then a virtual or in-person needs assessment covering your move dates, household and the housing brief. Families also plan their education strategy here.

  2. Search and tours

Good to know.

Straight answers on fees, scope and what happens next. Anything else comes up on the intake call.

Are the suite prices fixed?

Yes. Each suite is a flat fee: $2,000 for Essentials & Compliance, $2,300 for Essentials & Compliance Plus and $2,800 for Full Relocation & Setup.

What is not included in the fee?

Third-party and government fees, such as license or application fees, are billed at cost.

Do I need to sign anything with a realtor?

Home finding through a realtor or broker requires a representation agreement with that brokerage.

Can I add more time?

Yes. Additional time is available with any suite at $300 per half day and $600 per full day. It covers utility setup, move-in inspection, furniture logistics, renters' insurance, professional cleaning and home security referrals.

Can tours happen before I arrive?

Property tours can be accompanied in person or coordinated virtually, and the needs assessment can be virtual or in person.

Which suite should I choose?

Individuals and couples who mainly need housing and core documents usually fit Essentials & Compliance. Choose Plus if your move-in inspection and utilities fall close to your arrival date. Families with children should look at Full Relocation & Setup. The intake call settles it.
